BankValidator has no `<ProjectReference>` entries and no direct dependency on other libraries in this repository.

## Dependency risks and notes
- Default service endpoints are hardcoded in `clsValidateBank` as Lyons/CBIZ URLs and can be changed only by setting the corresponding public URL properties in code.
- `ABAExpress` and `OFACService` are compiled into the assembly surface but are not used by the handwritten public methods.
- Every public operation performs its own synchronous logon, service call, and logoff sequence.
