## Dependency risks and notes
- `Oracle.ManagedDataAccess` is registered in `App.config`, but the executable SQL in this library uses SQL Server syntax only, so the Oracle provider registration appears to be shared packaging/configuration boilerplate rather than an active query dependency.*
- No library-local SQL Server connection string is defined in `App.config`; runtime connection resolution is supplied elsewhere.**
- Database access is implemented entirely through inline SQL on `IBusinessCriteria` properties; no stored procedures were identified.
- `clsAppError.Criteria.DeleteSQL` is a single-space placeholder, and `clsAppError.Criteria.UpdateSQL` contains a trailing comma before `WHERE`, so the delete/update paths on `App_Error` should be treated cautiously.*
- `App_Info` collection queries exclude `App_Name IN ('EPAY','DirectDeposit')` by default, which creates a built-in dependency on callers understanding that those audit rows are intentionally omitted from standard searches.
