# clsStandardApplicationTestInformation

`clsStandardApplicationTestInformation` is the default implementation of `IApplicationTestInformationProvider`. It exposes user and database diagnostics from the active portal for non-production policy-header displays.

## Purpose
- Supply the concrete diagnostic values shown when header test information is enabled.
- Bridge portal metadata and user-type metadata into a reader-friendly diagnostic surface.

## Context
- Namespace: `SAIF.Application.Policy.PolicyHeader`
- Assembly/package: `SAIF.Application.Policy`

## Public members
| Member | Signature | Purpose |
| --- | --- | --- |
| `New` | `Sub New(ByVal inDPI As IDataPortalInfo, ByVal inSecurityPrincipal As clsSecurityPrincipal)` | Captures the portal and principal used to resolve diagnostic values. |
| `DatabaseName` | `ReadOnly Property DatabaseName As String` | Surfaces which Oracle database the active policy portal is connected to, for support staff to confirm environment context in non-production header diagnostics. |
| `DatabaseSystemDate` | `ReadOnly Property DatabaseSystemDate As Date` | Returns the cached database system date exposed by the portal. |
| `UserID` | `ReadOnly Property UserID As String` | Surfaces the portal user identifier so support staff can confirm which login context produced the diagnostic display. |
| `UserNumber` | `ReadOnly Property UserNumber As String` | Returns the user's business number, normalizing missing values to the empty string. |

## Behavioral notes
- The database date and user number are cached after first resolution.

## Constraints and usage notes
- This type is intended for non-production diagnostics rather than end-user policy data.
