## Dependency risks and notes
- `AppManagerBase` inherits `clsBusinessBase`, so application managers participate in the BOF object hierarchy defined by `SAIF.BOF.Framework`.
- Security evaluation depends on framework-provided `clsSecurityPrincipal` behavior rather than a library-local authorization implementation.
- The nuspec dependency list should remain aligned with the project references and `packages.config` package inventory.
- The library creates SQL Server and Oracle portal plumbing, but it does not contain direct SQL, table mappings, or `IBusinessCriteria` implementations.
