## Dependency risks and notes

- EAIP billing and wage-subsidy logic depends on `claims.eaip.fs2360.rate` and `claims.eaip.wagesubsidyrates`, and the configuration analysis found no local defaults for those keys.
- The library mixes package-managed stored procedures with at least one inline insert path for `EAIP_PERIOD_TIMECARD`, so schema or package changes must be validated across both access patterns.
