# clsAttendingPhysician

`clsAttendingPhysician` represents a provider assignment on a claim, capturing provider location, primary or alternate-care flags, start and termination dates, and provider contact details.

## Purpose
- Track the provider record linked to a claim together with its role on the claim.
- Expose provider lookup, status, and termination information used to maintain attending-physician relationships.
