# clsClaimDetail

`clsClaimDetail` represents the main claim maintenance record for a claim, combining claim-level status and change indicators with related activity collections, counts, and pharmacy or MCO support data.

## Purpose
- Expose the claim-level maintenance fields and modified-state indicators used when updating a claim.
- Surface related child data such as MCO eligibility, claim type or status activity, disability activity, request decisions, and pharmacy eligibility.
