# clsOtherRefund

`clsOtherRefund` represents an other-payment refund adjustment and manages provider locations, refund payment, and code-list filter settings, including validation and save behavior for the adjustment.*

## Purpose
- Tracks provider locations, refund payment, and code-list filter settings for the refund workflow.*
- Loads or reshapes the eligible refund candidates for the current adjustment.*
- Validates the refund state before persisting it.*
