EmployerRefundPaymentTests

EmployerRefundPaymentTests is 1. You’ll need to set the FromDate and the PaymentAmount on the EmployerPayee. 2. After that just call Approve() and the payment will immediately be ready for release. 3. Then call Save() and the payment is released and the financial transaction is created. 3a. If the payment amount is not able to approve, payment saves to the database awaiting approval. 3a1. Once approved, return to top of bullet 3. Note: There can only be one employer refund payment for a claim saved to the database at a time and the payment always tries to retrieve that payment when instantiated. Note: You can know whether a payment was saved to the database or a financial transaction was generated by checking the IsDeleted property on that payment upon successful save.* It also exposes test initialize and test delete.
