`epayWebServiceService` is the generated SOAP client that exposes the US Bank ePay service contract consumed by `USBankAPIs`.

## Purpose
- Expose the generated SOAP operations used by the handwritten gateway façade.
- Carry the request and response DTOs defined by the US Bank WSDL.
