Configuration settings

SAIF.Business.EPay.USBank reads configuration from three main places: centralized environment settings (IEnvironmentService), legacy properties.xml nodes exposed through clsProperties, and an external UNC-hosted XML constants file. The library also carries typed SOAP-endpoint defaults in app.config, but handwritten code primarily overrides service URLs from runtime configuration.

No handwritten code in this library uses ConfigurationManager.AppSettings.
