SQL-051: clsUserType¶

Updates the CUSTOMER_CONTACT_EMAIL_ADDR column on PAYMENT_AUTHORIZATION (accessed via the payment_owner schema) for a given provider customer ID. Used by UpdateEftAuthorizationEmail in clsUserType.
