clsEAIPMessages

clsEAIPMessages is a helper class (nested within clsEAIP.vb) that contains the SQLGetEAIPSpecialist SQL constant and the GetEAIPSpecialist method that executes it. It enforces BR-IMG-01.

Purpose

• Provides the EAIP specialist lookup query for a claim: returns the eaip_user from EAIP_PERIOD for status 'A' or 'N' rows, ordered by effective date.

Behavioral notes

• GetEAIPSpecialist executes SQL-015 with :inClaimID.
• Enforces BR-IMG-01: EAIP specialist selection by active/new period status: only rows with eaip_status_code = 'A' or 'N' are returned.
• If no qualifying rows are returned, the caller falls back to clsMessages.EAIP_MAILID*.
