mdlExtensions¶
mdlExtensions is a VB.NET module that defines one extension method for List(Of clsImageDocumentNameCode). It standardizes how UI-facing lists receive a leading blank document-name option.
Purpose¶
- Adds a sentinel
clsImageDocumentNameCodeentry with codeBLANKand a single-space description at index 0 of an existing list.

Behavioral notes¶
- The method creates the blank option with an object initializer and inserts it with
values.Insert(0, value).
Constraints and usage notes¶
- Because the parameter is passed
ByRef, callers hand the original list instance to the extension method and receive the inserted blank row in place.
