SQL-011: Insert IMAGE row without external sequence¶

This statement is an alternative INSERT for the IMAGE table that uses image_seq.nextval inline in the VALUES clause rather than relying on a separately generated sequence value. It was not referenced by any live BeforeInsert method in the analysed source and may be dead code**.
