SQL-017: Retrieve IMAGE_AFFILIATION by sequence¶

This statement retrieves a single IMAGE_AFFILIATION row filtered by IMAGE_AFFILIATION_SEQ_NUM. It is executed by clsImageAffiliation.BeforeRetrieve to load an existing affiliation record.
