SQL-018: Retrieve IMAGE_AFFILIATION collection by image¶

This statement retrieves all IMAGE_AFFILIATION rows associated with a given IMAGE_SEQ_NUM. It is executed by clsImageAffiliationCollection.BeforeRetrieve to load all affiliations for an image.
