Collection of `clsPaymentDetail` instances. Unlike standard BOF collections, uses helper methods to build retrieval SQL rather than the IBusinessCriteria SQL properties.*

## Behavioral notes
- Does not use standard IBusinessCriteria SQL properties (all throw `InvalidSQLProperty`).*
