SAIF.Business.Payment.EFT is a pure business-object library. Phase 1 and Phase 1b analysis found no calls to IEnvironmentService, ConfigurationManager.AppSettings, or any connection-string retrieval method within this library's source files. All database connectivity is supplied at runtime by the data portal layer consumed by the calling application; no configuration keys are consumed directly by this library.
