## Dependency risks and notes
- This is the broadest and most heavily depended-upon library of the payment-domain — depending on nearly every major `SAIF.BOF.Business.*` domain — creating elevated coupling and change-ripple risk.*
- `SAIF.BOF.Business.Payment` is a required upstream contract source: any breaking change to `IBankAccount`/`iPaymentPreference` in that library directly impacts `clsBankAccount`, `clsPaymentPreference`, and `clsProviderPaymentPreference` here.
- `Libs\SAIFEncrypt.dll` is a checked-in local binary reference (not a NuGet/project reference); whether it is actually invoked to encrypt/decrypt bank account/routing numbers was not confirmed in this pass — a data-sensitivity risk worth flagging for security follow-up.**
- A dedicated `Tests` project (`SAIF.Business.Payment.EFT.Tests`) exists as a sibling but is not part of the packed library output.
