# SAIF.Business.Payment database tables

This library is contract-only and does not perform direct database access. The Phase 1b database analysis confirmed that neither `clsEligPayeeClaim` nor `clsEligPayeeClaimCollection` executes live SQL: all `IBusinessCriteria` SQL properties either throw `InvalidSQLProperty` or return a single-space string literal, and no `AddParm`, `AddCursorParm`, `CommandType`, or `RowsAffected` calls were found. No database tables are accessed by this library.
