## Dependency risks and notes
- This library defines `IBankAccount` and `iPaymentPreference`, which are implemented by classes in `SAIF.Business.Payment.EFT` (`clsBankAccount`, `clsPaymentPreference`, `clsProviderPaymentPreference`); a breaking contract change here would ripple into that larger implementing library.*
- No live SQL is executed by `clsEligPayeeClaim` or `clsEligPayeeClaimCollection` despite declared `IBusinessCriteria` properties; both classes use in-memory BOF factory scaffolding, so this library carries effectively no direct database risk of its own.
- The library is Oracle-configured at the provider level, but this configuration is not exercised by any live SQL in the scanned source.
- All dependencies are resolved as NuGet package references per the `.nuspec`; no local `<ProjectReference>` values were found.
