clsPolicyAffiliateBaseCollection¶
Abstract collection shell for policy-affiliate lists that contributes only shared criteria semantics and inherited BOF collection behavior.

- The library exposes read-only retrieval behavior; no type in this package can persist changes through live criteria SQL.
