## Dependency risks and notes
- The library exposes SSN, dates of birth, and remuneration data but contains no local authorization checks.
- `clsPolicyPreferredWorker.GetPreferredWorkerData` performs a custom portal request outside the normal `BeforeRetrieve`/`AfterRetrieve` sequence, so it depends on callers to provide valid portal context.
- Multiple declared packages are unused by live library code, which broadens the package surface without changing current runtime behavior.
