# Configuration settings

`SAIF.Business.Policy.Agency` does not retrieve configuration values directly from code. Its configuration surface is almost entirely declarative (`app.config`, `Web.config`, provider registration, and binding redirects) plus transitive framework settings required by the BOF runtime.

## Configuration retrieval methods
