ApiCall¶
NTLM-authenticated client for the Policy Audit API that resolves its endpoint and service credentials at construction time.
Purpose¶
- Create the authenticated HTTP client used for audit-term and waive-audit submissions.
- Expose the library's two Policy Audit API entry points: bulk audit-term submission and waive-audit submission.
Context¶
- Namespace:
SAIF.Business.Policy.Audit.ApiCalls - Assembly/package:
SAIF.Business.Policy.Audit.ApiCalls
Public members¶
| Member | Signature | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| ApiCall | public ApiCall() |
Constructs the client and resolves the base URL, caller identity, and secure NTLM credentials used for Policy Audit API calls. |
| PolicyAuditAPICall | public bool PolicyAuditAPICall(AuditCollection auditCollection, string method) |
Posts an AuditCollection to the caller-selected Policy Audit API route and returns the first boolean result from the response wrapper. |
| WaiveAPICall | public string WaiveAPICall(WaveAuditCollection auditCollection, string method) |
Posts a waive-audit payload to the caller-selected Policy Audit API route and returns the wrapper object's string representation. |
Behavioral notes¶
- The constructor performs all endpoint and credential lookup before any request method runs.
WaiveAPICallreturns the response wrapper's string representation rather than a boolean decision.
Constraints and usage notes¶
- Successful construction requires both
policyauditapi.policyauditapiurlandgwcommon.gw_lg_pc_pr_serviceto be available throughEnvironmentService.
