## Dependency risks and notes
- The library depends on Environment API settings for all three client base URLs, plus one secure credential setting for the Policy Audit API.
- `DocumentApiCall` and `PolicyDocDistributionCall` construct unauthenticated clients, so any access control beyond endpoint reachability is enforced downstream.
- Several referenced packages (`NHibernate`, `FluentNHibernate`, `Autofac`, `FluentValidation`, and Oracle providers) are not exercised by live code in this library and appear to be template carryovers.
- No inherited framework content applies to this library: `frameworkClassCount` is zero, so the dependency surface is direct package usage rather than BOF base-class inheritance.
