# clsBillingDetailCollection

A read/write BOF collection of `clsBillingDetail` instances; holds the complete set of billing detail lines associated with a premium set. Used by `clsPremiumSet` and billing workflows to enumerate, add, and persist billing detail records.*

## Purpose
- Manages the ordered set of `clsBillingDetail` lines attached to a premium set.*
- Enables iteration and aggregate operations over billing detail line items for premium set billing workflows.*
