List of `clsPremiumRatingPeriod` objects for a policy; returned by factory methods that enumerate rating periods for premium history processing.*

## Purpose
- Provides an ordered list of all premium rating periods for a policy for iteration by premium history workflows.*
- Consumed by premium history aggregation and reporting workflows that need to enumerate a policy's rating periods.*
