Interface defining the policy period rating plan contract; specifies the ER Mod, SARAP factor, claim rating factor, type code, and date properties required of policy period rating plan implementors. Implemented by clsPolicyPeriodRatingPlan.*

• Defines the typed contract for policy period rating plan data, decoupling rating plan consumers from the concrete persistence type.*
