## Behavioral notes
- Both extensions are pure sequence filters over already-loaded rows; they do not retrieve additional data.
## Constraints and usage notes
- Callers can chain `AsOfDate(...).RatingPlan(...)` to narrow a previously loaded factor set without re-querying the database.
