Member Signature Purpose
RatingPlanFactor Public ReadOnly Property RatingPlanFactor() As clsRatingPlanFactor Lazily loads the clsRatingPlanFactor row for the NonRated plan on AsOfDate; its UpperLimit becomes the ARP credit when valid.
DPI Public ReadOnly Property DPI() As IDataPortalInfo Data-portal context used to retrieve the backing clsRatingPlanFactor.
IsValid Public ReadOnly Property IsValid() As Boolean Passes through the validity of the backing rating-plan factor.
ErrorMessages Public ReadOnly Property ErrorMessages() As String() Exposes any error messages reported by the backing rating-plan factor.
AsOfDate Public ReadOnly Property AsOfDate() As Date As-of date used to look up the assigned-risk-plan credit factor.
GetARPCreditFactor Public Shared Function GetARPCreditFactor(ByVal inDPI As IDataPortalInfo, ByVal inAsOfDate As Date) As clsARPCreditFactor Retrieves the assigned-risk-plan credit factor identified by the key values or effective-date criteria supplied by the caller.
Factor Public Property Factor(ByVal inAdjustedRateProvider As iAdjustedRateProvider) As Decimal Implements iAdjustedRateFactor.Factor Returns the backing rating-plan factor's UpperLimit when that row is valid; otherwise returns the neutral factor so the adjusted-rate product is unchanged.
## Behavioral notes
- The wrapper delays clsRatingPlanFactor retrieval until a caller asks for the credit, then forwards validity and errors from that row.
## Constraints and usage notes
- Use the provider-aware Factor(...) member when composing rates; it already applies the validity fallback that keeps the product neutral.
