PolicyOwnershipSystems¶
PolicyOwnershipSystems is a nested enumeration of Enums that identifies which system — WCIS or SAIFQuote — currently "owns" a policy and is therefore authorized to make changes to it. Unlike most sibling enumerations in Enums, it has no paired Convert* function in this class; ownership is instead determined at runtime through the Oracle submission-ownership function, per BR-POL-010.
Purpose¶
- Represent the two systems that can currently own and modify a policy.
- Support ownership checks (e.g., via
PolicyInformation.GetPolicyOwnershipSystem) that gate whether a given caller is allowed to update policy data, per BR-POL-010.
