InstitutionRowChangeEvent¶

InstitutionRowChangeEvent is the designer-generated EventArgs subclass raised by InstitutionDataTable's row-change events (InstitutionRowChanging, InstitutionRowChanged, InstitutionRowDeleting, InstitutionRowDeleted). It carries the affected InstitutionRow and the DataRowAction describing what changed.

Purpose¶

Carry the specific InstitutionRow instance that changed, so event handlers can inspect or react to the modified row.
Carry the DataRowAction value describing the nature of the change (e.g., add, change, delete, commit, rollback).
