# PolicyHeaderHelpTextCollection

`PolicyHeaderHelpTextCollection` is an abstract base class defining the set of contextual help-text strings shown alongside the fields rendered from `IPolicyHeaderDataProvider`. Concrete subclasses supply the actual help-text content for each labeled field (policy dropdown, policy label, legal name, status, agency, association type, market type, relation type, rate account).

## Purpose
- Define the fixed set of help-text properties a policy-header UI can display for each header field.
- Require concrete subclasses to supply the actual text via `MustOverride` read-only properties, keeping the text content itself outside this base contract.
