## Steps

1. Execute [SQL-005](../sql/SQL-005-saif-business-policy.md) as a scalar function call against [DUAL](../database-tables.md#dual).
2. Bind the policy number and let Oracle resolve submission ownership.
3. Convert the returned flag to Boolean and map it to `WCIS` or `SAIFQuote`.
4.
