# clsProviderEOBCollection

clsProviderEOBCollection is a public type in `SAIF.Business.Provider.PaymentPreference`.

## Purpose

## Behavioral notes
- `BeforeRetrieve()` loads all EOB rows for the requested provider and `AfterRetrieve()` materializes each row into a `clsProviderEOB` child object.
