# Configuration settings

`SAIF.Business.Provider.PaymentPreference` does not define or directly consume application-specific configuration keys. Runtime database connectivity is supplied through `IDataPortalInfo`, while `app.config` and `Web.config` contain Oracle provider registrations rather than library-specific settings.
