# SQL-004: US_POLICY_UNIT insert

This SQL statement implements the `US_POLICY_UNIT insert` data-access path for `clsPolicyUnit` in `SAIF.Business.UnitStat`. It participates in the `create` lifecycle handled by `BeforeInsert`.
