SQL-012: US_CLAIM_UNIT active row by claim¶

This SQL statement implements the US_CLAIM_UNIT active row by claim data-access path for clsClaimUnit in SAIF.Business.UnitStat. It participates in the read lifecycle handled by BeforeRetrieve / RetrieveType.ClaimID.
