SQL-013: US_CLAIM_UNIT row by claim and policy unit¶

This SQL statement implements the US_CLAIM_UNIT row by claim and policy unit data-access path for clsClaimUnit in SAIF.Business.UnitStat. It participates in the read lifecycle handled by BeforeRetrieve / RetrieveType.ClaimUnit.
