## Dependency risks and notes
- The library mixes API-backed and Oracle-backed retrieval patterns, so runtime configuration must satisfy both API client registration and Oracle connectivity.
- Stored procedure dependencies `pk82281_claim_note.select_by_claimnum`, `pk83407_payment_hist_trans.*`, and `sp83411_Calc_Total_Paid` were referenced in code but not found during Oracle-source retry.
- Unqualified SQL table names reduce source-level certainty about runtime schema ownership.
- Dependency alignment is package-driven because the project contains no local project references.
