# PolicyStatusEnums.StatusGroups

`StatusGroups` collapses the individual statuses into the four buckets consumers actually filter on — application, active, pending cancel, and cancelled — so a caller does not have to enumerate every status that counts as active.

## Purpose

- Groups individual policy statuses into the four buckets used for filtering.
- Provides `Unknown` for group codes with no mapping.
