clsNonEmployerAccount¶

clsNonEmployerAccount covers account holders that carry an account number but no policy, such as third parties billed directly. Its contact fields are individually nullable in the source table, so the type exposes an explicit null test for each one; consumers must use those rather than compare against empty strings, because an absent value and a blank value mean different things here.

Purpose¶

Retrieves a non-employer account by account number (Retrieve supporting policy aggregates).
Reports which of its address and telephone fields are absent rather than blank.
Publishes the maximum account number width the account key supports.
