# clsPolicyAssociation

`clsPolicyAssociation` is an association enriched for display. Beyond the related policy number and the association type, it carries the policy name, agent and agency, status description, and the effective and expiration dates of the period — everything needed to render a related-policy row without a second retrieval.

## Purpose

- Represents one related policy with the header detail needed to display it ([Resolve policy-header associations](../../operations/resolve-policy-header-associations.md)).
- Carries the period date range of the related policy alongside its status.
