# clsTeamAssignment.EmployeeStatuses

`EmployeeStatuses` classifies the person holding a team assignment — permanently active, inactive, contractual, emergency, temporary, or not a SAIF employee at all. The distinction matters to consumers because an assignment held by an inactive or non-SAIF person is displayed and routed differently.*

## Purpose

- Classifies the employment status of an assigned person.
- Backs the `IsNonSAIFEmployee`, `IsInactiveEmployee`, and `IsOtherEmployee` predicates on `clsTeamAssignment`.

| TemporaryPending | `TemporaryPending` | The assignee holds a temporary appointment awaiting confirmation.* |
