# clsTeamAssignmentCollection.TeamFunctions

`TeamFunctions` names the roles a SAIF employee can hold on a policy, from underwriter and assistant underwriter through the retention and return-to-work consultants to the assigned-risk and EAIP specialists. `LossControlConsultant` is the role the authorization decision looks up when a loss-control user asks for a policy.

## Purpose

- Names the roles addressable in a team-assignment collection.
- Identifies the loss-control consultant role used by the access decision ([BR-007](../../business-rules.md#br-007-loss-control-consultants-see-only-policies-they-are-assigned-to)).
