# SQL-019: Parent policy resolution (superseded)

`clsPolicyData` used this call to resolve the parent of an affiliated policy before the association type code table took over that responsibility. The calling member is marked `<Obsolete>`; the current path is the `Associations` property.

## Tables

No table is referenced directly in the .NET source. The tables read by the procedure body reside in the Oracle database and are described under [pk72846_view_policy](../procedures/pk72846_view_policy.md).
