API reference for clsProviderServiceInfo.

## Purpose
- DTO representing a single provider service record (a service type offered by a provider location).
- Populated by `clsProviderServiceList`'s retrieval query rather than performing its own data access.

| IsPrimaryService | `ReadOnly Property IsPrimaryService() As Boolean` | Returns whether this is the provider's primary service (from `PROVIDER_SERVICE.PRIMARY_SERVICE_FLAG`). |
| DCBSSpecialtyCode | `ReadOnly Property DCBSSpecialtyCode() As String` | Returns the DCBS provider specialty code associated with the service code. |

## Behavioral notes
- This class does not inherit `clsBusinessBase`; it is a plain `Serializable` DTO with no dirty-tracking, validation rules, or `IBusinessCriteria` support.

## Constraints and usage notes
- There is no shared `Get...`/`New...` static retrieval function; instances are only produced by `clsProviderServiceList`'s constructor.
