# clsClaimPerson

`clsClaimPerson` is a public class in `SAIF.Business.CCClaimDataAPI` that carries claim-person identity, status, contact, and lifecycle data for the claim-data API model.

## Purpose
- Stores claim-person and worker identifiers, PMA worker numbering, and update tracking fields.
- Captures claim-person status flags such as fraud conviction, worker conflict, foreign phone indicators, support-order data, and higher-education status.
- Holds primary name, tax ID, contact details, relationship codes, and key personal dates.
- Initializes and exposes the `HostileWorker` detail object used with the person record.

## Behavioral notes
- The constructor always creates a new `clsHostileWorkerCode` instance for `HostileWorker`.
- All remaining members are auto-implemented properties; the type adds no validation or transformation logic in the source file.

## Constraints and usage notes
- Optional identifiers, status flags, and dates are represented with nullable value types and may be `Nothing`.
- The source file does not enforce any cross-field validation, so callers must supply consistent codes, names, and dates.
